PURPOSE:To fully remove the clog that attaches to a shadow mask loaded on a fixed stand by installing two or more air nozzles toward the top surface and inner surface of the shadow mask and mounting rubber pipes on the tips of these air nozzles. CONSTITUTION:A shadow mask 1 is loaded on a fixed stand 2 and arranged in an air chamber 3 to prevent dirt from being diffused around. An air exhaust duct 4 and an air exhaust fan 5 that exhaust dirt are connected to the lower part of the air chamber 3. When the shadow mask 1 is loaded on the fixed stand 2, a signal of the shadow mask 'present' is sent to an electromagnetic valve 8 and the valve is opened and then air whose pressure and flowrate are adjusted by a flowrate adjustment valve 7 is supplied to the tip of an air nozzle 6. As a result, a rubber pipe 9 mounted on the tip of the air nozzle 6 generates lateral vibration by this air and air is sprayed evenly to the whole top and inner surface of the shadow mask 1 and then the clog can fully be removed. |
