An electrical plug-connector coupling including a first plug-connector part having a box-shaped encapsulating housing, and a second plug-connector part pluggable into the encapsulating housing and a U-shaped fuse-slider protecting the second plug- connector part against inadvertent separation. The encapsulation housing (40) has two opposite-facing double- walled side-walls (43,44), with the two inner walls (43b,44b) provided with latching hooks (45) which hinge outwards when a second plug connector part (50,70) is inserted into the encapsulation housing (40). The fuse-slider (30) is slidable by its two opposite-facing side walls (31,32) into the gaps between the inner and outer walls of the housing.
