PURPOSE:To prevent the adsorption of anion on a liquid feed piping and to permit the long period use of the piping under high pressure by using a metallic piping for said piping and forming a fluororesin layer on the inside surface. CONSTITUTION:The metallic piping made of, for example, a stainless steel, etc. is used for the liquid feed piping 6 and the thin-walled fluororesin layer is formed on the inside surface thereof in an ion chromatogram which supplies a sample liquid through a concentrating column 2, a sepn. column 3 and a suppressor 4 to a conductivity detector 5 by a sample liquid feed pump 1. The piping 6 is protected by the fluororesin layer even if the measuring ion in the sample liquid is corrosive anion. The high accuracy of the measurement is thus obtd. under the high pressure for a long period. |
