PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioned space to realize the comfortable and natural indoor space by installing a heat exchanger which is used both for air-conditioning and heating in an upper part in a heat storage tank, and arranging a plurality of containers with cold storage material and containers with heat storage material under the heat exchanger alternately in the longitudinal and transverse directions. SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 2 is installed on an upper part in a heat storage tank 1, and a plurality of containers 4 with cold storage material in which the cold storage material is filled and containers 5 with heat storage material in which the heat storage materials are arranged alternately in the longitudinal and transverse directions on a lower part of the heat exchanger 2. The cold and hot thermal medium which is heat-exchanged with the cold and hot heat by the heat exchanger 2 is fed in a gap between the containers 4 with cold storage material and the containers 5 with heat storage material toward a lower part of the heat storage tank 1. The cold and hot heat is stored in the cold storage material filled in the containers 4 with cold storage material, or in the heat storage material filled in the containers 5 with heat storage material. A comfortable and natural air-conditioned indoor space can be realized.
