PS PLATE DEVELOPER FATIGUE JUDGING PLATE, ITS USING METHOD, AND ENGAGING STRUCTURE FOR ROTATING BODY WITH FIXED SUPPORT SHAFT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely judge the degree of deterioration of a developer, and regulate a proper developer by providing a coating film of a resin soluble to the developer on a base sheet in a thickness such that the insoluble film is left under the same condition as the developing condition of a PS plate using the developer in fatigue state. SOLUTION: A developer fatigue judging plate 8 has an excessively thick film 81 and support thick film 82-85 on the surface of a base sheet 80. In the excessively thick film 81, a coating film of a resin soluble by developer is provided in a thickness such that the insoluble film is left under the PS plate developing condition of a developer using a proper developer not deteriorated. In the support thick films 82-85, the films are formed in only a thickness such that the film is perfectly dissolved under the same condition, but the insoluble film is left or the film is perfectly dissolved according to the degree of the developer under the PS plate developing condition using a fatigued developer so that the thickness is reduced stepwise differently from the excessively thick film 81. This developer fatigue judging plate 8 is passed to a developing machine prior to the execution of processing of the PS plate to judge the degree of fatigue of the developer.
