PURPOSE:To prevent the back flow of water to an ozone adsorbing and desorbing tower by opening an ejector valve after the detection of negative pressure, by providing a pressure switch between the ejector valve and a check valve. CONSTITUTION:A pressure switch 13 for opening an ejector valve 5C upon the detection of negative pressure is provided between the ejector valve 5C and the check valve 12 provided to the flow passage reaching an ejector 10 from an adsorbing and desorbing tower 2. By this constitution, because the ejector valve 5C is opened after it is confirmed that the gas sucking side of the ejector 10 is brought to negative pressure, an intermittent ozone supply apparatus, wherein the back flow of water to the ozone adsorbing and desorbing tower 2 is prevented and reliability is high, is obtained. |
