PURPOSE:To detect unbalance with a grindstone being attached to a grinder, by detecting the original point of a supporting shaft in the rotating direction, detecting the amounts of deflections of the grindstone and the supporting shaft at a dividing positions, and displaying the maximum or minimum dividing position. CONSTITUTION:With a rotary grindstone being mounted on the supporting shaft of a grinder, a motor is started and a power source switch 16 is turned ON. Thus an initial state is set. Whether the supporting shaft reaches steady rotation or not is jueged by the pulse interval of the detected signal from an original point detector 7. A dividing position of setting device 15 outputs a pulse signal at every 10 degrees of rotary angle. The data of a deflection-amount detector 5 at this time is stored in a memory 29. The data for four rotations are added and the result is stored in a memory 30. Positions indicating the maximum and minimum deflection amounts are stored in memories 31 and 32. The positions are displayed on a display body 18 in a red color. The deflection amount is dispalyed on the display body in a numerical value. When the maximum and minimum values are displayed, a display mode 21a or 21b is lighted. |
