<p>PURPOSE:To reliably prevent taking miss of single sheet of machining, in a machine tool for machining an iron plate, by containing many machining material in storage unit while separating one by one then taking from said unit and machining. CONSTITUTION:A pallet 11 laminated with plural sheet material S is mounted at the vacuum attracting section 12 then the material information and the number of sheet are inputted through a managing unit 2 to start operation. consequently, single sheet material S is passed through said section 12 to a clamp 30 then stored through a mounting table 29 into specific shelf 10. In such a manner, upto 100 types of sheet material can be stored separately in the shelf 10 to register the shelf position while corresponding with the material information. Then the material information paired with the machining information is transferred through transmitting section 3C to material information managing unit 2 while to take out the positional information of the shelf 10 and feed to a feed controller 3B then to take out the necessary sheet material through take-out/feed mechanism 3A and feed to maching unit.</p> |
