PURPOSE:To facilitate the periodic maintenance and inspection of an interrupting device and the repair of faults, by providing the main body of a mouthpiece, which is provided with the interrupting device, so that the device can be attached and detached with respect to an upper case. CONSTITUTION:When the maintenance, inspection and repair of an interrupting device and the leak test of the interrupting device are performed, an attaching screw 9, which tighten and fixed a main body 8 of a mouthpiece, is loosened. Then the device can be removed upward from an attaching part of an upper case 3. The maintenance inspection and repair can be performed at the outside. In the assembling work of the gas meter having the interrupting device, the main body of the gas meter and the main body 8 of the mouthpiece provided with the interrupting device are assembled in separate assembling lines, and both bodies are coupled in the final stage. |
