PURPOSE:To obtain a mixer for mixing a liquid in a sufficiently finely pulverized state, by arranging a laminated vortex stream plate having a blade assembly, which has one or more of a blade formed in a state bent to the upstream side or the downstream side, provided therein in the main body of a hollow pipe. CONSTITUTION:A mixer is constituted of a mixer pipe 10 and laminated vortex stream plates 20 arranged in said mixer pipe 10 in a stacked state while the mixer pipe 10 is constituted of a pipe main body 11, flanges 12 provided to both ends thereof and the stoper 13 secured to the interior of one end flange 12. Each laminated vortex stream plate 20 is formed of a hollow cylinder 22 inlaid with the inner wall of the pipe main body 11 in an almost fitted state and the blade assembly 21 attached to the interior of said cylinder 22. When a liquid is flowed to the blade assembly 21, the laminar stream of the liquid is formed in the upstream surface sides of an upstream blade 23 and a downstream blade 24 while a liquid turbulent stream is formed in the downstream surface sides of both blades and the liquid is finely and uniformly dispersed by the alternate effect of the laminar stream and the turbulent stream. |
