摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a touch screen controlling system having high reliability by providing such a spatial redundancy as plural parts one-push operation to an input operation, with respect to a touch screen whose simple substance reliability is low. CONSTITUTION:In case an operator has decided that an RCIC94 should be started as a result of an inspection of a plant state of an atomic reactor, he pushes each ''RCIC start part'' of a touch screen 1 and a touch screen 2 by using both his hands. These signals are inputted to a CPU6 through touch screen input control devices 1, 2 (4, 5), processed by an input processing part, and thereafter, sent to a comparing and collating part. The comparing and collating part decides them to be a normal input since both of the two inputs request simultaneously ''RCIC start'', and outputs a start command to an RCIC control device 93. CRTs 1, 2 (31, 32) change a color of ''RCIC start'' displayed in green so far, to yellow, and indicate that the processing has been received. When the RCIC94 is started actually, the ''RCIC start'' is changed to red from yellow.</p>
