PURPOSE:To perform cleaning and disinfection readily, by separating the center of a flow-rate transducer when an ultrasonic wave vibrator and a pipe, to which the vibrator is attached, are contaminated. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic wave flwo-rate transducer comprises the following parts: a pipe 21, through which a gas to be measured flows; a pipe 22, which is provided so as to cross the pipe 21 at a specified angle; and two units 28 and 29, each of which has one vibrator 23 that is attached to the pipe 22. The units 28 and 29 hold an O ring 26 so that airtightness is maintained and the two vibrator 23 face to each other. The units 28 and 29 are coupled by bolts 27. When contamination and the like are observed and cleaning and disinfection are required, the bolts 27 are removed, and the units 28 and 29 are separated. The inside of the pipe can be readily cleaned by a cotton swab and the like through openings 210 of the units. |
