PURPOSE:To obtain inexpensively and easily a welded joint with high efficiency by disposing an insert member into the groove for fillet welding of different metals and forming the grooves consisting of the corresponding same metals. CONSTITUTION:The insert member consisting of a stainless clad steel plate is inserted as the insert member into the fillet groove formed of the different metals 1, 2, for example, a stainless steel plate 1 and an ordinary steel plate 2 forming a clad steel plate. The stainless steel cladding metal 4a side of the member 4 is positioned to face the plate 1 side and the base metal 4b side of the insert member 4 to face the plate 2 side. The two grooves formed freshly by the member 4 and the metals 1, 2 are welded by respectively adequated welding materials. More specifically the one groove of which both surfaces are the stainless steel is welded by the stainless steel welding material and the other groove of which both surfaces are the ordinary steel is welded of the ordinary steel welding material. |
