<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the hologram sealed body which has high moisture resistance and reliability, superior weather resistance, and extremely good operativity by coating a hologram film with the 1st resin and the same or different 2nd resin. CONSTITUTION:The hologram film 1 covering substrate glass 2 is coated with photosetting resin 8 as the 2nd resin, which sets by being irradiated with 15mw/ cm<2> ultraviolet rays 9 for one minute. Then, a cover glass 3 is fixed on the substrate glass 2 on which the hologram film 1 and the layer of photosetting resin 8 are formed by using an adhesive tape 10 at a specific interval. Then, photosetting resin 12 is injected as the 1st resin from an injection hole 11 through an injection jig 14 by using a dispenser 13. The resin 12 sets by being irradiated with 15mw/cm<3> ultraviolet rays for five minutes, thus obtaining the hologram sealed body. Consequently, the adhesive strength among the substrate glass 2 or hologram film 1 and the 1st and the 2nd resin layers 6 and 7, and cover glass 3 is excellent and protection against external environment is also superior.</p> |
