PURPOSE:To adsorb a mold coating material to an optional and uniform thickness on a casting mold and to improve the quality and efficiency of the mold coating operation by evacuating and sucking the casting mold imposed on the upper part of a box body with the cavity faced downward from the rear thereof and suspending the mold coating material in the bottom of the box body by a pressure gas. CONSTITUTION:The casting mold 6 is imposed on the upper part 5 of the box body 1 with the cavity 7 faced downward and the rear thereof is evacuated and sucked 8. The suspended or pulverous mold coating material 3 in the bottom 2 of the box body is suspended by the pressure gas 4 blown therein. The material 3 is uniformly coated to an optional thickness onto the cavity 7 surface by regulating the suction pressure 8.The quality is thus improved and the working efficiency is improved, by which the working environment is improved and the full automation of the operation is made possible. |
