PURPOSE:To perform equalization in a distribution supply in an easy manner, by calculating an added gas quantity to be led into each distributing branch pipe from the outside at every branch pipe on the basis of a fine pulverulent body distribution ratio at a time when a dust coal stream is distributed and supplied to branch pipes for each blast tuyere of a blast furnace, and controlling the added gas quantity. CONSTITUTION:Dust coal in a dust coal feed tank 1 is taken out in a condensed state while applying pressure up to the specified one inside this tank 1 for making it into flidity, and led into a disperser 2 and, after being mixed with high pressure conveying gas from a pipe 3 for dilution, conveyed up to a distributor 6 via single conveyor pipe 4. And, dust coal is fed to a burner 9 of a blast tuyere 8 of a blast furnace 5 via plural branch pipes 7a and 7b (hereinafter omitting these added alphabet codes). At this time, an added gas intake pipe 10 and a dust coal flow meter 13 are installed in each branch pipe 7 side by side. And, a distribution ratio to a mean value of dust coal flow before dust coal flow control inside each of these branch pipe 7 is found, calculating the added gas quantity required for attaining the desired distribution ratio, thus a flow control valve 11 is made so as to be controlled. |
