The invention concerns a measuring station for the measurement of objects with sides at right angles, with regard to dimensions and orientation on a conveyor. The measuring station is characterised by it only having three photo-detectors, which are so geometrically arranged that together with a pulse transmitter, they can pass information to a measuring computer to calculate the object's length, breadth and height and orientation on the conveyor.<IMAGE> |
