PURPOSE:To simplify the processing by constructing wind direction guide plates with metallic plate and by caulking the central support part. CONSTITUTION:The section shape of a vane is formed by bending. At that time, a channel-like notch is provided for forming the support part, which takes the desired shape after bending. In order to form the central caulked parts a, a', a 90 deg. bend is first made as shown in figures 2 and 3, and other parts than a, a' are completely bent 180 deg.. Thereafter, a metal rod 4 is inserted, and is fastened by applying the caulking at the a, a' parts. By providing slits b, b' outside the caulked parts a, a', the two step processing becomes possible. By fixing multiple vanes the formed with an interlocking plate, flexing of the central part can be prevented. |
