PURPOSE:An external remedy for skin incorporated with saikosaponin, having preventing effect on aging by preventing sagging and loss in gloss of skin, etc., besides being useful for treating a wound, preventing roughening of the skin and improving the rough skin. CONSTITUTION:An external remedy for skin obtained by incorporating preferably 0.001-5wt% saikosaponin (example; saikosaponin a, saikosaponin b1, saikosaponin d, etc.) based on the total amount of the external remedy, if necessary further incorporated with an aqueous component, powder component, oil component, surfactant, humectant, perfumes, medicines, etc. As for the dosage form, a solution system such as a lotion, an emulsion system such as a milky lotion and a cream, an ointment style, a dispersion liquid system, etc. are mentioned. |
