PURPOSE:To make it possible to prevent ingress of rain and wind and to exhaust high-temperature air located at a position higher than ventilating openings of the eaves ceiling by providing the vent port having a check valve, in a tile roof. CONSTITUTION:Each of a ventilating openings is provided with a damper 2, and each of vent hole 4 is provided with a check valve 3. The ventilating openings are fitted to a frame in which roof boards are opened at the upper parts of the eaves ceiling and a garret space 11, and which is communicated with a clearance 5. In summer season, in the ventilating openings of the eaves ceiling on the windward, the check valve 3 is lifted up and wind flows into the garret space 11. On the other hand, the upper ventilating opening on the windward, wind tends to make ingress through a clearance 5 between tiles but the check valve 3 stick to the vent hole 4 to check wind. In the ventilating openings on the leeward, an extracting force is added, and the check valve 3 sticks to the vent port 4 to prevent the extraction of air. On the other hand, in the upper leeward, an extracting force is added to the clearance 5 between tiles, the check valve 3 on the ventilating opening is lifted up to extract high-temperature air existing at the upper part of the garret space 11. |
