<p>PURPOSE:To enable precise winding by controlling a variable frequency power source connected to an induction motor for driving the winding shaft with correspondence to the required rotary speed and rotary torque operated in accordance to the winding length or the winding diameter of sheet. CONSTITUTION:The sheet winding shaft is driven through an induction motor M which is driven through a variable frequency power source 10 connected to A.C. power source. Said power source 10 is controlled by a winding tensile controller 20 and a winding speed controller 30. The winding tensile controller 20 is constructed with a section 22 for operating the necessary winding tensile on the basis of the outputs from the setting section 21 and the winding detecting section 40 and a section 23 for operating the required torque of motor M to produce said winding tensile for current winding diameter. While the winding speed controller 30 is comprised of a section 32 for operating the rotary speed of motor on the basis of the outputs from the sheet feeding speed detecting section 31 and the winding detecting section 40.</p> |
