CONSTITUTION:When a cut-off valve 10 operates and a gas flow passage 1 is cut-off, the flow of gas is suspended, and the necessity of judging for cut-off is eliminated, and the necessity of TB signal is eliminated, and a stop signal is outputted to stop the operation of a TB signal generation part 12. Since this signal is applied into one input of a NOR gate 13, the output of the NOR gate 13 is fixed at low level, and oscillation is suppressed, and the generation of TB signal is suppressed, and suspension state is generated. |
