ROTARY MIRROR ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE:To correct the attaching angle of a rotary mirror in a short period with good operability by providing an elastic material between one of the flanges provided on both sides of the rotary mirror and the rotary mirror. CONSTITUTION:The rotary mirror 102 is held pressed to the 2nd flange 104 by the elasticity of the elastic material 108 while lock screws 106 and 107 are held loose in a method for adjusting the angle at which the rotary mirror surface 109 is attached to the revolving shaft 101. The angle at the surface 109 is attached to the shaft 101 is maintained within the prescribed angle only by the screw 107. The attaching angle is adjusted while said angle is measured by an autocollimator, etc. The mirror 102 is held by the elasticity of the material 108 during this adjustment. The mirror is locked up by the screw 106 in a manner as to prevent the deviation of the attaching angle upon ending of the adjustment. The operation is thus completed.
