PURPOSE:To stabilize a detected output even when the time width or the like of an input pulse is changed by generating an output pulse after a time width of the input pulse is detected and a time subtracting a half of the time width of the input pulse from a predetermined time in advance. CONSTITUTION:An output 12 is obtained by applying waveform shaping to the input pulse 1 by a comparator 3. Then an AND gate 5 ANDs a pulse of a clock pulse generator 5 and the output 12 to obtain an output 13, the pulse of the output 13 is counted by a counter 6 to obtain a time width of the input pulse 1. Then a difference between a preset value 7 and a half of the output of the counter 6 is obtained by a subtraction circuit 8. An AND gate 10 ANDs an output 14 of an FF9 set at the trailing of the output 12 of the comparator 3 and a clock pulse to obtain an output 15. A preset counter 11 counts the input pulse and when the count reaches a preset count value, an output is generated. |
