摘要

PURPOSE:To shorten a processing time by dividing and writing picture data in plural memories and reading out picture element data close to the picture data in parallel through one address calculation. CONSTITUTION:An A/D-converted digital video signal to be processed is inputted from a terminal 14, distributed by a multiplexer 2-1, and then distributed by multiplexers 2-2-2-5 so as to be dividedly stored in memory blocks 1-1-1-16. Digital video signals read out from the memory blocks 1-1-1-16 are inputted to a picture element data operation part 13 through a local memory 7 to execute picture processing.
