PURPOSE:To obtain a stabilized power supply circuit whose output voltage can be varied with a simple constitution by executing impedance conversion through an FET. CONSTITUTION:A variable output stabilized power supply circuit is constituted of a junction FET 6, a power transistor (TR) 7, etc. as shown in the drawing. Voltage applied to both the ends of a Zener diode 2 is divided by resistors 3, 4 and the divided voltage is applied to the gate of said FET 6 to obtain a stabilized voltage from its source. Then, the source of the FET 6 is connected to the base of said TR 7 and a stabilized output voltage is obtained from the emitter of the TR 7. The output voltage can be varied by changing said resistor 3 or 4. |
