PURPOSE:To check a secret code (SC) efficiently by checking the SC code on a magnetic surface and that on a printing surface only in a large payment voting ticket having high probability of forgery and inputting the SC on the printing surface through a keyboard. CONSTITUTION:The information of a voting ticket read out by a magnetic reading part 9 is sent to a center processor 2 through a control part 4 and a communication circuit 3. The center processor 2 executes SC checking, calculates the amount to be repayed and sends the repayed amount information to the control part 4 through the communication control circuit 3, and when the repayed amount information is larger than a prescribed repayed amount information, a repayed amount deciding circuit 11 informs the result to the control part 4. Receiving said information, the control part 4 displays ''SC MANUAL INPUT REQUEST'' on a display 5. When the SC is inputted through ten keys in accordance with the display, a comparator 10 compares the SC with that read out by the magnetic reading part 9, and only when both the SC coincide with each other, the repaying processing of the amount to be repayed is executed. |
