PURPOSE:To make a good use of a narrow three dimensional space so as to perform an effective vertical conveying operation by constructing spiral conveying surfaces in such a manner that numbers of rollers are arranged facing each other in parallel and oriented to the radial direction over both an inner and outer spiral surfaces that are installed in a body around the outer surface of a center column so as to form the spiral conveying surface. CONSTITUTION:Inner and outer spiral guide plates 3a and 3b are installed concentrically in a body on a frame 1 while they are adequately spaced with a certain distance around the outer surface of a center column 2 which is built in a body with the frame 1. And numbers of rollers 4 or wheels 5 are arranged over the spiral guide plates 3a and 3b so that they face each other in parallel and are oriented to the radial direction in forming two spiral surfaces: an inner spiral conveying surface A and an outer spiral conveying surface B. In addition, both a stopper and a dividing conveyor unit 6 are attached on the spiral conveying surfaces A and B at each stage. This configuration enables the device to make a good use of a narrow three dimensional space in performing a vertical conveying operation efficiently providing a simple and inexpensive conveying device since the device depends on the natural gravity in its operation. |
