VIBRATIONPROOF APPARATUS FOR PROTECTING FROM EARTHQUAKE

PURPOSE:To obtain a vibrationproof apparatus for versatile use and permit cost cut by allowing the vibrationproof apparatus to be fitted for each equipment having different size by making the vibrationproof apparatus in expandable structure. CONSTITUTION:The captioned apparatus is constituted of an upper rack 1 and a lower rack 2 and a vibrationproof apparatus 3 installed therebetween. The upper rack 1 consists of a square frame as a whole. Said frame body is constituted of four L-shaped hollow basic bodies 4 whose both edges are opened and connecting bodies 5a and 5b therebetween. The basic body 4 and connecting bodies 5a and 5b are engaged in slidable ways by the opening of the basic body 4. Further, the connecting boides 5a dna 5b can be slided by a connecting body 6. Also the lower rack 2 has a similar structure to the upper rack 1 except that the connecting body 5a has a straight form. The both rack 1 and 2 are extended and contracted in accordance with the equipment base 11 of each equipment, and fixed by bolts 7.
