PURPOSE:To make a main shaft reciprocatable and rockable at will as well as to secure its highly efficient operation, by installing plural sheets of transfer vanes in at least one side of the main shaft paralleled to a plane surface, in case of a conveyor unit, which rakes up granular goods dispersed over the plane surface and transfers them in one direction. CONSTITUTION:In conveyance operation, first of all, a cylinder 10 is extended longer, while a main shaft 1 is rotated as far as the specified angle via a pin 6 to be fitted in a long hole 7 of a guide plate 8 at the tip of a piston rod 9, and one side train of vanes 2 of each train of plural transfer vanes 2 and 2' being tightly attached obliquely, with an angle alpha to a plane surface 5, to both sides of the main shaft 1 is made contact with the plane surface 5. Under this condition, a cylinder 14 is extended longer, and granular goods 15 are raked up together with each vane 2, making them get transferred forward as far as a portion for a pitch P of each vane 2. Next, the main shaft 1 is rotated somewhat in the reverse direction and, after the main shaft 1 is made to go back to the original position in a state of preventing these granular goods 15 from being taken out, the said opeation is performed as to the side of the vane 2', and afterward the same operation is repeated, thus transfer operation is going to be done. |
