PURPOSE:To stop a rotary blade at a fixed position, by a mechanism wherein a driving force is transmitted to a rotary blade only in the rotating direction of the blade through a one-way clutch, and a cam for the blade is rotated to a stopping position by a spring force exerted on a roller pressed against the cam. CONSTITUTION:A driving force is transmitted to the rotary blade 1 only in the rotating direction of the blade 1 through the one-way clutch 6, and the roller 11 is pressed against the cam 9 by a spring 10. The cam 9 is provided with a groove 9a into which the roller 11 is engaged at a stopping position, and within a certain angle before the stopping position, the cam is rotated to the stopping position by the spring force exerted on the roller pressed against the cam, irrespectively of the presence or absence of the driving force. |
