METALLIZED POLYOLEFIN FILM

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce a metallized polyolefin film having a metallized surface which is extremely smooth by using a polyolefin film stretched under specific conditions in the stage of producing said film. CONSTITUTION:A PP film which is stretched in a specified direction is used as the polyolefin film in the stage producing the metallized polyolefin film. The polyolefin film stretched in the region having an upper limit at a point 5 of inflection where both the stress and strain in a stress-strain curve 6 increases in the stage of stretching and a lower limit at a point 3 of 40% strain at the point 5 is used and a metal such as Zn or Al is deposited thereon by a vacuum deposition method. The polyolefin film does not shrink in the stage of metallizing and therefore the metallized surface has the excellent smoothness. The metallized polyolefin film having an excellene electrical insulating characteristic and metallizing characteristic is thus produced.
