PURPOSE:To reduce an assembling man-hour of a loudspeaker by forming a fitting projecting part provided with plural notches, on a diaphragm, and fitting a coil bobbin to the fitting projecting part so that one end of a band-shaped spacer can be placed in this notch. CONSTITUTION:An annular coil bobbin fitting projecting part 9 is provided on the center part of a diaphragm 5 provided with a dust cap 6, and plural notches 10 are formed in advance on the projecting part 9. The upper end part of a coil bobbin 4 is fitted and stuck to the fitting projecting part 9 so that one end of a band-shaped spacer 8 can be placed in this notch 10. In a state that the other end of a spacer 8 is interposed between the bobbin 4 and a center pole 1, the outside periphery of the diaphragm 5 is fixed by using an adhesive agent to a frame whose one end is coupled to a magnetic circuit. After the adhesive agent is solidified, the spacer 8 is all drawn out. |
