MANUFACTURE OF FIBER-REINFORCED RESIN STRUCTURAL BODY

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled structural body with a high strength void of bubbles inside, by pressing and pressure welding a fiber-reinforced resin filament body comprising carbon fiber or the like on layers with a linear body already laminated to laminate it thereon shifting the pressure-welded surface thereof gradually. CONSTITUTION:A continuous fiber bundle or a cord-like fiber made of carbon fiber, glass fiber or the like is impregnated or covered with a resin such as epoxy resin to form a fiber-reinforced resin linear body 2. Then, the fiber-reinforced resin filament body 2 yet to be hardened is supplied nearly above a mold for structural body and a frame body 4 and wound on the frame body 4 being reciprocated rotatively. Moreover, the fiber-reinforced resin filament body 2 is laminated sequentially on the wound layer 3 being pressed thereon with a press plate 7. Thereafter, the laminated body of fiber-reinforced resin is hardened in an oven to obtain the desired structural body by pulling-off the frame body 4.
