摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the engine starting characteristic in highland by correcting the fuel supply to be set with specific value of operating parameter with correspondence to the atmospheric pressure level under engine cranking. CONSTITUTION:When starting an engine, ECU5 will operate the valve-open time Tout under cranking of fuel injection valve 6 on the basis of the output signals from a throttle valve opening sensor 4, an absolute pressure sensor 8, a water temperature sensor (Tw)9, a rotation sensor (Ne)10 and an atmospheric pressure sensor (PA)13 and the on-signal from a starter switch 14. It is operated such that the referential valve-open time under cranking to be set with correspondence to the cooling water temperature is corrected by correction factors to be set with correspondence to the engine rotation Ne and the atmospheric pressure PA to produce the open-valve time Tout. Each correction factor is determined from predetermined correction factor table. A fuel injection valve 6 is controlled with correspondence to the open-valve time Tout.
