The dome shaped closure (1) is clipped over the neck of the container and has a threadless rotation on the neck. The inside of the closure has a cylindrical sleeve (6), with an angled edge, to rotate inside the fixed neck. Grooves in the neck (12,13) and the closure lead to an exit slot (9). The closure is progressively opened by rotating. The angled edge of the internal sleeve acts as the shutter.
