PURPOSE:To maintain the initial characteristics even if the element is allowed to remain in an atmosphere, by combining a heterocyclic macromolecular material with a general-purpose macromolecular film by electrolytic oxidation on an electrode substrate, providing a mcaromolecular semiconductor film wherein an electric junction is formed, and forming an upper electrode. CONSTITUTION:A general-purpose macromolecular film is formed on an electrode substrate, and a heterocyclic macromolecular material is combined by electrolytic oxidation. In this electrolytic oxidation, electrolysis is performed in an electrolyte including a monomer to be polymerized, and the heterocyclic macromolecular material is combined with the general-purpose macromolecular film, which is formed on said electrode substrate. After an upper electrode is formed on the macromolecular semiconductor film, a reverse voltage is applied and ion distribution is formed. |
