Stopper device for glass flask or bottle formed by a body 31 and a neck 32, comprising a stopper 33 fitting over the neck having a tubular cylindrical wall 35 and means 36, 37 cooperating with the neck of the flask for the fluid-tightness of the stopping, and guidance means 39 determining, in cooperation with the neck of the flask, a movement of combined translation and rotation of the stopper with respect to the flask. Surface discontinuities 55 located on the body of the flask, cooperating with surface discontinuities 59, 61 of the stopper, limit the movement of the stopper in a predetermined closed position in which the fluid-tightness of the stopping and a desired orientation of the stopper with respect to the flask are ensured. <IMAGE>
