PURPOSE:To change the interval between lead terminals of an optical semiconductor device readily, by providing a hook shaped part in the middle of the lead terminals beforehand. CONSTITUTION:The lead frame of an optical element uses two or more lead terminals 31 and 32 having different intervals at a part lower than a tie bar 33. In cutting the tie bar, when a slant line part A is cut, a conventional light receiving element is obtained. When a slant line part B is cut, an optical element having a hook-shaped part at lead terminals, which are the part of the present invention, is completed. The lead terminals having different intervals can be manufactured depending on the part of cut during the process of tie-bar cutting. |
