PURPOSE:To form a strong footpath by a method in which a rotator for side surface and a rotator for top surface are pressed on the corresponding soil face of a graded banking and turned to compact the banking by the elastic pressing forces of the press plates of the rotators as the rotators turn. CONSTITUTION:A banking portion is shaped into a similar form of the original form of a footpath by a scale, etc. A rotator 10A for side surface and a rotator 10B for top surface rotatably provided to a rotary part are contacted with the corresponding soil faces of the banking and turned. Since the press plate 13 of the rotator 10A is sunk into a slit 12 against the force of a spring part 15 while strongly pressing the soil faces by its central curved face 13a under the action of the spring part 15, the sides of the banking A2 are compacted and hardened. Even the top face of the banking A2 is also consolidated by the rotator 10B at the same time. |
