PURPOSE:To improve the safety of a flywheel power source by erasing excess electric energy generated in a flywheel power source when the prescribed vibration or higher is detected by an external load resistor. CONSTITUTION:When a vibration due to an earthquake is transmitted to a flywheel power source, a vibration sensor 20 mounted on a casing 1 detects a vibration and applies a signal to a switch 18 side. The electric energy is immediately discharged externally of the power source by this signal, and when the electric energy is large, the energy is erased by a load resistor 19. Thus, the safety of the power source can be obtained. |
