Coiling device for electromagnetic apparatus in which the windings are produced by coiling about a non-cut magnetic core, using flanges between which the coiling is performed, characterised in that this device includes two coiling flanges 10a, 10b each consisting of two half-rings made of conducting material and which, after being placed around a closed magnetic element 14, are assembled along their joint line 16 in such a way that the first flange 10a constitutes the drive flange for the coiling, the first turn of the coiling and its input connection, and in that the second flange 10b constitutes the drive flange for the coiling, the last turn of the coiling and its output connection, one of the ends of the material 18 constituting the winding being connected electrically to the input flange of the coiling, and, at the end of the coiling operation, the other end of this material being connected electrically to the output flange. <IMAGE>
