The device comprises a grip fitted with an outer rod 15 which is capable of rotating and for which the rotation-resisting torque is adjustable. The rod 15 is extended by a tubular component 19, a collar 21 with gradients 23, a cylindrical rod 25 with helical grooves 27 which engage with the collar 21, and a contact pin 7 fixed to the rod 25. An outer cylindrical body 5 attached firmly to the pin 7 and rotating with the grip 1 covers the said tubular components 19, the collar 21, the rod 25 and partly covers the pin 7.
