PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the information reproduction device that prevents occurrence of an underflow or an overflow of a memory in the case of reproducing compressed data whose transfer rate is not warranted. SOLUTION: Input compression data (TS data) are transferred to a digitaling buffer 12 at a transfer rate depending on a hardware of a network I/F module 11 and stored tentatively therein independently of its substantial designation transfer rate, read with a clock under the control of a CPU 14 and fed to a TS separate section 13. The TS separate section 13 stores the received TS data to a built-in memory to absorb jitter. The CPU 14 discriminates disabled reception of data, when the data storage of the built-in memory of the TS separate section 13 is exceeding a prescribed capacity, and controls the digitaling buffer 12 of inhibit output of the clock and the TS data. |
