PURPOSE:To put a cutter device in operation even when normal receipt issuing operation is not performed by detecting the operation of two specific keys. CONSTITUTION:Roll paper 6 is loaded in a specific pulse mode along a printing mechanism part 8 and a cutter device 9 and its front end 6a is drawn out of a receipt exit 22. Then, a key 2a and a paper feed key 3 are operated at the same time. Consequently, a detecting circuit 19 operates and a plunger is operated with the signal of the detecting circuit to put the cutter device 9 in operation, cutting the roll paper 6 at the position of the receipt exit 22. Consequently, the front end part (unnecessary receipt) 6a including the front end 6a of the roll paper 6 is cut away. Thus, a receipt having both ends cut by the cutter device is issued right after the replacement of the roll paper. |
