DEVICE FOR OSCILLATING SOLDER TANK FOR PRINTED BOARD

PURPOSE:To improve the solderability to a printed board by adding an oscillating device to a solder tank for the printed board. CONSTITUTION:An oscillation diaphragm 3 is attached to the side edge (a) of a carrier 2 contg. the printed board 1 and an exciter 4 is disposed to face the diaphragm 3. The exciter 4 is fixed to an attaching plate 5. The plate 5 is fixed at the four corners thereof to holding angles 7 by means of bolts 6 for adjusting exciting force in a manner as to permit the adjustment of oscillation. The exciter 4 is connected to an amplifier 8 for excitation. The carrier 2 on which the board 1 is imposed is then dipped to the top surface of solder flow 9. The exciter 4 starts oscillation when the amplifier 8 is operated. The carrier 2 attached with the diaphragm 3 is oscillated as well and the solderability to the board 1 is improved.
