PURPOSE:To make an input signal voltage equal to an output signal voltage and to lower an output impedance by feeding back an output voltage to an inverting input of an operational amplifier via a source follower of a field effect transistor (TR). CONSTITUTION:An output of the operational amplifier 5 is connected to a gate of an MOSTR3 whose drain is connected to a power supply VDD, whose back gate is connected to common and between the source and common of which a load resistor 4 is connected. An output voltage being equal to a non-inverting input of the operational amplifier 5, that is, an input voltage is obtained by connecting a source voltage of the MOSTR3, that is, the output voltage to the inverting input of the operational amplifier 5 so as to apply negative feedback. Since the MOSTR3 is connected in a form of source follower, the output impedance is lowered. |
