PURPOSE:To eliminate the restriction for toner coloring and to prevent the deterioration in the fixability of the toner and the offsetting thereof by incorporating an amino group-contg. polymerizable monomer, the other polymerizable monomer which can be copolymerized with the monomer, a non-polymerizable monofunctional amino compd. and a resin obtd. by an aq. suspension polymn. in the presence of a radical initiator as a binder into the toner. CONSTITUTION:The following compds. A, B and C which are respectively incorporated at 2-100, 98-0, 0.01-10pts.wt. and the resin obtd. by the aq. suspension polymn. in the presence of the peroxide radical polymn. initiator D are incorporated as the binder into the toner for electrophotography. Morpholinomethyl acrylate, etc. are used for the cyclic amino-group contg. polymerizable monomer A expressed by the formula. Styrene, o-methyl styrene, etc. are used for the other polymerizable monomer B which can be copolymerized with the monomer A. Arom. amine, etc. such as diphenyl amine are used for the non-polymerizable monofunctional amino compd. C. Benzoyl peroxide, etc. are used for the radical polymn. initiator D at 0.1-10pts.wt. by 100pts.wt. the polymerizable monomer. |
