PURPOSE:To perform sealing of a padding member such as a urethane foam or the like easily and positively, by sandwiching the padding member between skin materials, and sealing at least the circumferential sections of the skin materials by hot pressing. CONSTITUTION:A padding member is sandwiched between skin materials, and at least the circumferential sections of the skin materials are sealed by hot pressing. Only the skin materials 1, 2, that is, excluding the padding member 3, are sealed by hot pressing. In the case where urethane foam, polyester wool, fiber or the like is used as the padding member 3, the member 3 and the skin materials 1, 2 are hot-pressed. High-melting materials 4, 5 are applied on parts of the skin materials 1, 2 where the sealing is required, and hot pressing is carried out via the materials 4, 5. The materials 4, 5 can serve as reinforcing materials. |
