For the disinfection of endoscopes it has hitherto been necessary to use a plurality of different vessels. These cannot be handled very easily due to their geometrical dimensions. In order to avoid these disadvantages, a device is proposed which is distinguished by having a cleaning vessel for accommodation of the endoscope and the disinfecting or rinsing fluid surrounding the latter. On the cleaning vessel there are located two storage vessels fastened so as to be rotatable and whose contents can be tipped into the cleaning vessel and returned to the storage vessels via two outflow openings.
